Financial Policies

Central Arizona Medical Associates accepts many forms of payments:

• Cash
• Check
• Discover
• Mastercard
• Visa

Co-payments are collected when patients check-in.

Self-pay patients are responsible to make complete payment at the completion of their visit when checking out.

Our Internal Medicine/Family Practice providers will see patients who have been involved in a motor vehicle accident.  Payment is collected in full at the end of the visit unless the patient has secured a lien with their attorney.  We do not bill medical insurance or motor vehicle insurance for motor vehicle accidents.

Patients need to bring their insurance cards with them to every visit.  They must present all insurance cards when checking in.  Our billing department will bill your insurance in a timely fashion and a bill will be sent to the insured for any remaining balances for services not covered by your insurance or for any unmet deductibles or co-insurances.
